What we can do together
Health and Wellness Coaching
HWC is a results-driven partnership where the coach supports and holds you accountable. Research indicates coaching enhances motivation, confidence, self-satisfaction, and overall well-being, focusing on all wellness domains: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and professional.
We can work on:
sleep,
weigh loss,
exercise programming and adherence,
health and longevity, and
stress reduction.

One off sessions:
One 1-hour session = $100
One 30-minute session = $50
Packages:
1. Initial 1-hour session + four 30-min follow-up sessions = 275
2. Initial 1-hour session + ten 30-min follow-up sessions = 500
With me, there are no surprise fees or extras without your consent. In our initial consultation we will see what your needs are and agree on a price. If your needs change, the prices may change, but not before we discuss. My aim is to offer affordable services that do not price people out.
For example, our first meeting will be $75 for 60 minutes of our time together. After that initial session, our sessions will be shorter and at a reduced cost. Plus, if you decide to book multiple sessions in advance, we can apply even greater savings, making it easy to stay on track with your goals!
Personal Training (Online)
Online Personal Training services are offered through Zoom, Teams, or WhatsApp. After an initial conversation, you will be provided a weekly workout plan based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you. Our time together can be used as quick check-ins, demonstrations, real time workouts, or really whatever you need. Weekly plans will be adapted based on your progress and outcomes.

Online personal training is purchased in packages. I want to get to know your needs, limitations and what resources are available to you.
Depending on how you want to use our time and how long you want your cycles/plans to be, the price will vary.
Examples:
Lowest: 4-week plan, 2 detailed weekly workouts and tracking, 15-minute weekly check-ins with initial 30 minute consultation = $200
Highest: 4-week plan, 4 detailed weekly workouts, plus weekly 30 minute coaching/check-ins = $350

Personal Training (In Person)
In-person training can be offered at a gym in the North Druid Hills area of Atlanta or I can come to you! Our time together can be used to focus on any number of goals and can be provided alongside coaching and online personal training.
We can work on:
strength,
self-defense
longevity,
postural/corrective exercises,
weight loss,
and/or
general fitness.

Because I work in partnership with the gym, my prices are set at $100 per hour that we spend in the gym. If you buy sessions in bulk or combine with other services, I can provide a slightly reduced rate. If I come to you, my standard rate of $100 applies.

about me
Hi! I am Michaelle!
I am an Ace Certified Personal Trainer and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I have a PhD in Human Wellbeing from the University of Sussex and a post-graduate diploma in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health. I am currently a graduate student in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, training to be a therapist.
My aim is to help people be well, whatever that means to you. I want to offer affordable services and provide the support you need to feel good, both mentally and physically.
It took me decades to figure out what I needed to be well. I do not want others to have to go through this long process of trial and error. I want to help you figure out what works for you by providing guidance, accountability, support, and knowledge, and by holding non-judgmental space for you to work towards your ideal world, whatever that looks like for you.
